Tart-tongued comedian Joan Rivers was crowned Donald Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice” winner Sunday night, edging out poker-playing diva Annie Duke.
In the season finale of the hit NBC reality show, the 75-year-old Brooklyn-born Rivers showed heart, tears and “disgust” for Duke.
“You are a two-faced person,” Rivers told Duke, 43, in a live face-to-face smackdown in Trump’s boardroom, which was transported to the American Museum of Natural History on the upper West Side to cap the show’s eighth season.
Isla Lang Fisher (born 3 February 1976) is an Australian actress and author. She began acting on Australian Television, playing Shannon Reed on the Australian soap opera Home and Away, and has since become known for her roles in the 2005 comedy Wedding Crashers, opposite Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson, 2007′s Hot Rod. and 2009′s Confessions of a Shopaholic.
Fisher was born in Muscat, Oman to Scottish parents from Bathgate and Stranraer. They resided in Muscat because of her father’s job as a banker for the United Nations. Her name, after the Scottish island of Islay, is pronounced eye-la; she has four brothers. Fisher spent her infancy in Bathgate before moving with her family to Perth, Western Australia, when she was nine months old. Fisher has said that she had a “great” upbringing in Perth with a “very outdoorsy life”. She began appearing in commercials on Australian television at the age of nine, before going on to win roles in popular children’s television shows Bay City and Paradise Beach. She attended Methodist Ladies’ College and appeared in lead roles in school productions.
Martina Aileen de las Alas (born 1964),popularly known as Ai-Ai de las Alas, is a Filipino comedienne and film actress. She is dubbed with many titles including "Comedy Concert Queen" and "Tanging Ina". She has three children with ex-husband Miguel Vera.
She is the daughter of Rosendo de las Alas (1920-2008). She was married by actor Miguel Vera.
Aileen has done several movies before but her biggest break came with the release of her very first solo film entitled Ang Tanging Ina produced by Star Cinema, ABS-CBN film productions. It was followed by more comedy films like Volta where she plays a superhero, which was followed by a TV series. Also, in television shows like MTB: Ang Saya Saya in where she was one the lead host, and played an important role in the TV remake of Bituing Walang Ningning as mother to Sarah Geronimo. All of these were made thru ABS-CBN.
