Dominique Peltier – Miss Bolivia Universe 2009

Noemi Dominique Peltier, was crown Miss Bolivia Universe 2009, the 21 year-old from Cochabamba, fulfilled her mother’s dream who passed away just weeks before the pageant.

Dominique Peltier will represent  Miss Bolivia, in the Miss Universe 2009 Pageant, scheduled to be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 23, 2009.
